You can only enter via appointment, but this is a must see home! It really is a mid-century time capsule of innovation. I have always wanted to visit this home to photograph it, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Fernando. Fernando was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Below are the digital photos that I captured, but I also took photos on film. I will develop those and enter into the Temple Annual Community Treasures Visual Arts Contest. I'll come back and upload those film photos after the contest.
What an amazing place. A true blast from the past and a great testimony to Mr. Wilson. We got a lot of good info from Fernando who let us in and we spent about 30 minutes enjoying this house. Not open 24 hours - call or email a week in advance for entry. Free to enter.
This is such an amazing time capsule. There was the sweetest gentleman that gave me & my Mom a tour. He was so knowledgeable. The house is just spectacular & kept up beautifully. If you love Mid-century Modern art 🎨 then you must see this house.
