Just finished up with Mike and It was fantastic. I emailed Histon Hub with a description of my hip / ITB band issue and some background info, and as soon as i got there, Mike was on it. After some questions, he got to work on the area, providing insights and advice throughout the 60 minutes. It was a really great session and I will definitely be going back again. Thanks Mike!
I injured my shoulder quite badly whilst snowboarding earlier this year and was disappointed with the care offered by the NHS. I engaged with bis at Histon hub and it was the best decision ever. Bis is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, explaining treatments in detail and using the latest technology. I am 90% recovered at time of writing, with a clear plan and course of treatment to get me fully back to health. I would recommend bis and the team at HH wholeheartedly - an exceptional team all in one place!
I went to Mike Salt today to sort out my stiff shoulders. He worked on my whole back and found my mid-back was the main cause. Feel better already.
I would highly recommend Caroline for PT sessions. She knows her stuff and made sure I got a good workout, tailored to my needs. I had never had a PT session before so was a bit nervous but she is very friendly and made me feel at ease.
Personal training sessions with Caroline are fantastic. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym-goer she will sure work you hard and show you the ropes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for further their fitness development.
