The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly don’t care about customer service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Si pudiera poner cero estrellas lo haría... Esta persona me hizo mis impuestos y me dio una cantidad menor a la que el IRS tiene en sus registros, mi reembolso según ella fue de $2690.05 y el IRS tiene que me depositaron $3828.00 osea que hay $1137.95 dólares volando o en la cuenta de alguien más!!! Literalmente el agente del IRS que atendió mi llamada me dijo: la persona que le hizo su declaración LE ROBÓ!!!!! EL IRS no se equivoca...
