These people try to take advantage of Hispanic non-English speaking people. I needed to get my ITIN number renewed and they said they wouldn’t help unless they did my taxes and charged me for it. They DO NOT NEED to do my taxes just to get my ITIN number renewed!!! No los llamen si no hablan Inglés, busquen un traductor primero!
When I called about their taxes they were quite pricey. I was quoted 140-150 for a student loan form, W2 and roth IRA.
