This isn't a fault really but yet it's a problem with this place our appointment times are never taken serious always either rescheduled and or forced into waiting and at times neglectful of ones mental health . If I come there 30 minutes early like why you know. The program upstairs is wonderful but the counselors either are under staffed or I don't know what it is but I'm very frustrated with this place
Have been calling nonstop due to refusal of services regarding a family member and while on the phone, the person hung up! I am extremely disappointed in how this organization is handling their clients, especially when going through a serious mental health crisis. Absolutely unacceptable.
