I had some questions about juvenile status, so I paid for a $50 consultation. When the day of my appointment arrived, the lawyer told me we couldn't have the consultation because she doesn't handle these types of cases; another lawyer does. She said I had to reschedule and pay an additional $20 on top of the $50 I had already paid. It's worth noting that their website states the consultation costs $50, but then they tell you that you have to pay an extra $20 and that there are no refunds because the slot can't be reassigned ... read more
