Outstanding craftsmanship. Hishmeh's reupholstered my dining room chairs and made a custom window seat cushion for my living room. Regarding the latter, he asked not only for measurements, but a photo as well. Because of the window sill design, he suggested slightly tapering one side of the cushion so it would tuck underneath. It fits like a glove! Price was very fair based on the quality of work.
Very pleased with his work. Perfect craftsmanship at the right price. Don’t let the humble storefront fool you. Well worth it.
Nice guy! Fast service. But sofa cushion was too hard. Found out that old-style foam was used with glued together pieces. Had to get them redone somewhere else that uses modern material.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jim Hishmem at his upholstery shop. He is a true master at his trade. He was able to fully restore the driver side seat in my son’s Jeep, when others said it could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. I will highly recommend him for any upholstery needs To family and friends. Thank you again Jim.
