Do not go to Ms smith ( supposedly manager)with contacting this facility with an issue . She don’t do her job and is very one sided within situations my son was being called all types of racist names by a child that rides the same bus as him ( sped bus) and I reported to her and she stated she was going to follow up with me about the incident and she never did . Buenos días estoy teniendo problemas con el bush del niño le cambiaron su ruta y no damos con el bush en el lugar de recogida nos gueda a más de una milla .todo esta bien para ir y al regreso el tiene q venir solo de donde lo deja el bush y guíen me garantiza q no le suceda nada en el camino tiene q caminar 20 minutos .estoy llamando a la terminar y la señora q sale solo habla inglés y yo español .me dice no hablo español y me cuelga. Drivers from this pool really need to learn traffic laws. IE, you don't have right away because you are driving a bus at a 4 way stop when other vehicles were there first. Clearly HISD is hiring just anyone to transport students. The driver looked like he drove.
The most incompetent district and transportation service. They make changes every year to “improve”. The changes seem to be for their convenience and not the betterment of the students. The transportation service is horrible. The miscommunication between bus drivers and the “customer care” center is ridiculous. They’re never aligned. They’ll switch your child’s route instantly and won’t update you or the child’s school. Any issues that arise with routes, they won’t take accountability. They blame the schools.
