Drivers from this pool really need to learn traffic laws. IE, you don't have right away because you are driving a bus at a 4 way stop when other vehicles were there first. Clearly HISD is hiring just anyone to transport students. The driver looked like he drove.
The most incompetent district and transportation service. They make changes every year to “improve”. The changes seem to be for their convenience and not the betterment of the students. The transportation service is horrible. The miscommunication between bus drivers and the “customer care” center is ridiculous. They’re never aligned. They’ll switch your child’s route instantly and won’t update you or the child’s school. Any issues that arise with routes, they won’t take accountability. They blame the schools.
