I have been trying to call for the last three days. They assigned my two students a bus that drops them off at school over 20 minutes late each day and drops them off over after school ends. The route breakdown say dropoff is 4:36 but the kids don’t arrive until 5:50p and unfortunately I cannot drop off or pick up from school. The worst is the expectation and no one answers the phone. I was told they would update but this is a huge issue if someone is responsible for route planning and scheduling.
Good place to work but buses aren't maintained properly. Special needs buses with no working air conditioning is wrong on so many levels

This is the worst bus barn ever!!!! Never experienced nothing like it. I'm losing my job because of their lack of communication when it comes to picking up my children!! I am very upset!!
