I had a very disappointing experience with Hisbah LLP. We initially engaged them to help form a company, but after deciding to dissolve it shortly afterward, things took a turn. It’s been over a week, and no steps have been taken to begin the dissolution process. We paid for their services in full, but now there’s no mention of any refund or help with closing things down.
