Very rude mean and disrespectful phone representative. I was just disrespected in the most inhumane way possible I believe I was stereotype and I don’t encourage anybody to use this service This will be reported to a corporate office as well. I tried to speak with the supervisor and all I got was her defending the representative actions. This stuff really needs to stop !!!! with people. We need to start taking care of people, not by color, but with all compassion, God says to love all.
I'd give a zero of could. Absolutely horrible service. Booked a ride for my mom 3 weeks in advance because I dont have a wheel chair equipped vehicle and shes completely non weight bearing. Never bothered to show up to pick up. Even though they were scheduled for a pick up a half hour before her appointment. So had to figure out how to get a completely disabled person in my vehicle because she could not miss this appointment. If you need your fingerprinting done for your fieldprint stuff I would recommend coming to this location as the customer service is top. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the man that was working the front desk that helped me out but he’s nice dude that wants to help you out with whatever you need done.
They were mean to me never talked to me never said how was you day and didn’t say how was work and they say my mama lot I don’t like it If you say my name I’m calling corporate and they will fire you
