Lying chanel associates. Marci is trash. They give all of their bags to VIP clients and lie to people on waitlists. AVOID.
Worst place on Long Island, in fact in the United States. STUCK UP staff. They think they run the show. Absolute no regards towards the clients. Will never go. there.
Terrible experience. I preordered and paid for a bag last week on Tue 10/8. Got an email last Friday 10/11 from the sale associate saying my bag had come in and that it would be shipped out to me on Monday 10/14. Today being Thur 10/17 still no package received . I live in FL so shipping would be from NY to FL. I emailed the sales associate today and asked for my tracking number and was promised one by 5pm today. This was my 2nd time there and I have to say the young lady that helped me and my 4 friends (who tried every CL shoe they had) was AMAZING. Her name was Lillia, she was sweet, courtesy, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. She rectified my points from the last purchase I made without question as well. I will definitely be returning. My only complaint would be the security guard, it wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile...
