Beware! Lease purchase is forced dispatch! They got me here to orientation and then threatened to send me home on a bus if I didn't want to drive overnight. The recruiter Dani waited up to the minute I landed to say I didn't have a choice in loads and what time I ran. It would be nice if the yard jockey would do his job here (tonight) 2/20. Instead of making drivers move trailers BEFORE their shift do your job and make room for these trailers instead of trying to direct us to drop at Cummins... Weirdo... Always hectic here! This yard is too small for anyone to safely drop/sleep overnight without a headache.
