Absolutely inept, senile and incompetent. I can’t begin to list all of the ways this guy messed up my case. One example, private notes attached to my bank statements that were for HIS EYES ONLY were forwarded to the opposing attorney. Then those notes were used AGAINST ME! They were thrown in my face in a deposition and Mr. Hirsch couldn’t seem to care less!! His motto was “I’ve been doing this for 40 years!” Well, anyone can show up for 40 years, and screw up cases! Stay away!
