Hirsch Cooling & Heating Supply Indio location has been treating us really good since day 1, from the employees to the manager, Ceaser. We normally get attended by Sergio and he has always been really helpful and very knowledgeable in everything they have to offer at there store. He’s always ready to help and has our material ready to go so when we show up we’re in and out quick and be on our way to the job site. Thank you guys for quality customer service

I went into the business over the weekend and purchased two ac vents with no issues. I went back today September 4th 2024 and spoke with an employee Sergio. He was not helpful at all and said they only sell to contractors. Well im not a contractor and nowhere does it say they only sell to contractors. All I needed was a different additional ac return register and he asked me what size. I said I need a tape measure and he said they don't have one. Great place to get what I need, Place is under new management and has everything I need from HVAC to plumbing. The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they are open Saturdays and deliver.
