Luke and Oscar were amazing! They were professional, attentive and reliable. They worked together & got the job done in a timely manner. We hope to not move again, but if we did, we would call them again! Thanks guys!!
Useless. After hearing many positive comments about HH, we tried to hire them for a local move. Left 10+ messages. Never heard back from anyone. They will ghost you. Not worth the effort. We went elsewhere.
These guys are great! We are so pleased that we hired them to move a heavy sofa bed from our upstairs, down a flight of stairs, outside, and down the porch stairs. And they delivered it to the Reuse Center for us. Definitely, it was not something we could manage ourselves, but they did it well. They kept in communication about arrival times and were very easy to deal with throughout. Two lovely young men arrived, well groomed, polite, and ready to tackle the job. We highly recommend them!
2 people showed up with a large moving truck and a box dolly. They brought 0 packing equipment, even though I communicated I'll need boxes. They ended packing all of my belongings in MY trashbags and charged me over $650 for less than an hour's worth of work. I will not be using them again.
The managers, namely Rory and Sam, went above and beyond and were fantastic in coordinating our move.
