Their lack of clear communication, frequent delays, and unprofessional staff make navigating immigration processes unnecessarily stressful. Critical deadlines were mishandled, and emails went unanswered for weeks. We were left uninformed about case progress, leading to frustration and uncertainty. For reliable immigration support, consider alternatives.
They used to offer good service, but its in the past. Very unprofessional team and especially Hyoun-Joo Lee the Immigration Consultant. They don’t offer you the full package of services that you paid for. She never answers the phone and emails. We don’t recommend them to anybody.
