I went to Hippos for the first time yesterday. I was told I would get a first time discount of 30%. My items were on sale (originally $58.xx for both)for 2 for $100. This is a little over a 16% discount, for approximately $16. The first time discount would have taken off $36.xx. I didn’t realize, and went home. Today, we went for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I noticed that I was not told about another promo (spend $75+ and do a little plinko game).
