Shelby has an authority complex and decided to scream at me through the glass while I was in the waiting room behind another customer for talking on the phone. I look at her in confusion bc why are you screaming? She then proceeds to tell me: actually when you’re out there you can be on the phone but when you come up to order you can’t be on the phone. Starting problems when there is none- made me feel uncomfortable & singled out in front of entire store. Thanks Shelby

Loved this place. Came many times. Then today I'm denied just because my license is paper for the time while i wait for a new plastic one. It's a real license, but because it's paper she didn't even look at it and told me no. After I've been so many times.
