The worst customer service. You walk in and they are all on their phone. No hello, how can I help you, just three people with their heads in their phones. This happens almost cry time you go in. Except for the older employees!
This is like your hometown hardware store. I’m always welcomed with a hello and smile. Both times I went in last I was helped and lead in the right direction. The women who work here are exceptionally kind and helpful! The one man I saw was very kind as well. Great staff you have here!
