His office personnel would not and didn't bill our insurance and we paid cash upfront for my husband's contacts. It took from February 2024 until June 1 2024. Not very happy with their service.
My Kids & I Have Trusted Dr Hinkley For Over 25 Years, So Obviously We Love Him. We Moved 13 Years Ago & Went To Someone Else, WHAT A MISTAKE!!! After Spending Over A Couple $1,000 For The Wrong Eye Prescriptions Etc 🤦🏽♀️😡😡😡 So We Started Traveling Back 4 Hours Each Way Just To See Him!!! He’s That Great!!! Dr.Hinkley never disappoints, even though ive moved out of state, he's one of the most reliable optometrist Ive seen since a child. Hes mailed out my contact lenses and glasses in a timely manner and with precision! Thanks Dr.Hinkley
They do good work. But I've been calling for 3 days no answer so I went in to make an appointment, no one was at the front desk and no one came out when I called. Can't use their business if I can't make an appointment
