Don’t order from this location if you want you material on time.. The two guys behind the desk are young and inexperienced. I ordered 4k in cedar and was told it would get there August 28th or September 2 the latest.. I’m a builder and the last thing I need to do is someone else’s job to follow up on an order. After a long wait on the phone yesterday I was told they didn’t have it scheduled for delivery it’s been sitting at the Alsip location since the 28th.. Ordered some cedar boards, they quoted me and I accepted by placing order. Then they added a 275.00 delivery charge upon billing. They would not respond after multiple calls and a letter. I am retiring and used the order to utilize a credit that remained after years of doing business with them. They are now a very poorly run company, I would recommend picking a different lumber supplier.
Fast unloading. Streets are pretty tight to get here. Enter from Roosevelt street and take S Carlton street to follow bridge street to the store.
