very poor service, through hine I took services from a solicitor called Hine in relation to my case in the Crown Court. Now they were supposed to inform Legal Aid that my case has finished and that my instalments should be stopped. However, it has been one month and their employee, Hibaah, is not responding. Whenever I call their office, they say that she will contact me, but she still hasn’t. My instalments are still being deducted. I recently used Hine Solicitors to sell my house. I have used the same solicitor a number of times and she and her team continue to be professional, friendly, responsive and extremely efficient. Their communication is clear and concise and they managed my expectations wonderfully.
