Excellent thoughtful thorough. Treatment program tailored to my particular needs.
The physio and front desk people are very good but (and i just found this out) everytime you go to the physiotherapist for a new ailment you are charged as a new patient. Which is $81.
Unprofessional and rude staff. Made a last min decision to book in for hip pain. In a 30 min booking i got at most 5mins treatment. Lots of useless advice was given as the therapist was clearly not in the mood to treat, walked out as sore as ever. 0 stars if i could rate it Edit: before arriving i called up to let reception know i was running 10 minutes late yet still waited an additional 10mins for the physiotherapist when i arrived.
