Terrible service
Horrible and Shady! Its been a years since you tried to steal my property from the bank. I'm glad I did research. They racked up over $10,000 in legal fees, knowing I didn't have the money. They charged me $250 to research my property address. A bunch or greedy lawyers who are trying to steal property's to make a profit when you fall behind with HOA's. I have worked with Altitude Law for over 10 years and they are a great HOA legal firm. They are up-to-date on all HOA rules, their collection team is super and if you have to go to court, you want them on your side. They hold seminars to educate HOA managers and they are always available if you have questions or need a rule of law regarding an HOA. If you don't like them, then that must mean they are doing their job!
This is a law firm that recently changed its name to Altitude Community Law. This firm specializes in homeowner associations and you will not be disappointed. They also have a great educational offerings for licensed Community Association manager and property managers on a monthly basis. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I think their greatest strength that is second to their knowledge of the law is the realness of the attorneys that work there.
