So far I have used them a few times over the years and Rich has gone out of his way for me. I will be using this company anytime I need to do so. They have my future business is all I have to say.
I used them in the past but I must say I am thankful they were unable to accommodate us this year. We found someone that could and found we don't have to pay taxes, but have the pension stop taking out extra $$ and we don't even have to file. Wish we had known that's all we needed to do. We will save the expense of his services now.
Hinkley Tax Service fails to answer phone calls/respond to voicemails. The receptionist seems confused failing to provide me with crucial information. I have been trying to finalize my taxes for over three weeks. However, the lack of communication has made it near impossible. Take you business elsewhere!
