On 6/11/2025 around 1300 in Trailer # HL2586, license plate # Y27 83V cut me off getting off the highway at QEW and Appleby. Driver moved unsafely from the left turn lane into the right turn lane. After he completed the right turn onto Appleby the driver moved to the left-hand lane but not into the protected left-lane turn lane and proceeded to block traffic wishing to go straight.
