Well, I haven't visited this store yet but I've owned a Himiway Cruiser for four years and I am very satisfied with it. I've "biked" a number of 20-30 mile rides with plenty of charge left over. It's hilarious the complete divergence of reactions to the bike from different age groups.
Very questionable quality, I never got to ride it as there was defects discovered upon unpacking. Customer services responds within 24 hours, if there’s no local dealers near you… the part will take 4-7 days. I was advised by Elena, if I wanted a repair that bad, that I should buy it at Amazon. Still waiting for parts and the refund for the part. I requested labels to return the bike… still waiting on those too. Awful experience
