Communication is clear and friendly, and they truly care about customer satisfaction. Their drivers are experienced and handle shipments with great care. It’s rare to find a company that’s both efficient and trustworthy in this industry, but they definitely are.
Himalya Express is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen — they hire innocent workers with promises of PR and fair pay, but once you start, they force you to work close to 50 hours a week while only paying for 30, and even make employees do unrelated tasks like making tea or cleaning utensils. Management, especially Sunita Bajaj, constantly humiliates staff instead of supporting them, and the company is involved in questionable practices such as sending drivers from Canada to the U.S. empty and forcing th... read more
