Sure wish someone from Himali would get back to me about Warranty HC215872 that I sent in back in May. Last I heard, on June 11th, was that the warranty department was going to evaluate it the week of June 15 and I haven't heard anything since then. Despite emailing for updates on: June 30th July 13th August 2nd And leaving voicemails on: July 14th August 3rd August 6th. Im visiting from out of town and came to the Pearl Street Mall, strictly to visit the Himali store. I loved it. When you walk in, you will notice this store is not flashy like some of the others in this mall. You will notice a store that showcases a small up-and-coming sporting goods brand that cares more about their highly technical gear than catching your eye.
