My 30 min Reiki session with Amy was wonderful. It was calming and helpful to my frazzled system. Will book a 60 min session next time. The only downside was the people talking very loudly outside the door about facials. It was distracting at times.
Had an awful experience with Rachel (while getting my first ever facial she left me alone in the room multiple times and was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional.) I left my facial feeling confused, anxious and upset. I tried to call and speak with someone about it because I find it unacceptable (my wife had a facial at the same time with Jacalin and loved the experience) so I was in a weird place when I went to pay. I enjoyed and lived my facial Rachel takes great care of you along with all the staff there. I will always come here to get all my care needs. They make you feel welcomed, loved and like family.
My girlfriend and I came in for cryotherapy facials and toning. It was my first time doing it. It was very relaxing and took just over an hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
How relaxing! Michelle explained everything step by step, and gave me some helpful hints! Walk out feeling great & refreshed! Cant wait to go back!
