I always recommend the Himalaya Salt Cave to anyone visiting the area. It’s such a cool space with so many different offerings—from sound healing and meditation to massages in the salt cave. I love taking the birthday person there for a sound journey in the cave :)it’s definitely worth adding to your Nelson itinerary. Get transported !!!
My friend and I bought a couples package with a massage in the salt room and a sound package. The sounds healing was amazing and put me right to sleep. It was our second time as we have also done just a sitting session. Highly recommend, and we will be coming back!
The most relaxing and grounding space. Highly recommend getting a massage in the salt cave. Their facials are amazing too!
What an experience!! Gabrielle is fantastic and the salt cave is such an incredible environment for a massage! The sound healing touches at the end of the massage were extra special. I have also had a massage on the amethyst mat and that was lovely too but if you want the full experience I highly recommend getting your massage in the cave :)
