I will NEVER EVER stay at another Hilton or Hilton brand hotel again after the situation with DHS in Minnesota. That the corporation refused to support the Lakeville hotel is appalling, shameful, and heartless. Hilton's CEO does not have a soul and as a result, I will no longer support this company with any of my money. I will advise others to do the same.

Over the past couple of months, my experiences with Hilton have been extremely frustrating. I’ve been charged incorrectly more than once and then forced to spend time chasing refunds that should never have occurred. For example, I stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn using a day rate that I paid in full in advance through a third-party platform, yet later saw an additional $100.24 charge on my card, which the hotel admitted was a mistake. Someone stole my card data and paid some transaction to Hilton hotels, I tried to reach out at the following emails hhfraud and hiltonhonors without any answer. They said that they have up to 5 days in order to answer but I am still waiting...
