I made an online appointment with them through their own website. I received an email confirmation for the 15 minute consultation. I then was sure to take time out of my day to be un interrupted and I never received a call, an email, a text or anything as to why they missed the appointment. I also left a voicemail the next day just asking what happened and now three days later not a word. I surly wouldn't trust them in any sort of serious case if they can't even handle simple phone call appointment. I'm pretty understanding ... read more
