true healing experience – I have had bodywork done by many therapists in several states and countries. The true healing work being practised at Casablanca stands at the top with the best of them. Cranial sacral is gentle and defies explanation with immediate results. Deep tissue massage that frees those tired, stiff muscles. The atmosphere and staff were excellent as well. Check them out indeed lots to choose from on the menu!
So much for the golden rule.. – Paula was by far the rudest and most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever encountered. And here's why. My husband and I set up a last minute appt on the day we were to renew our vows. However, we had something come up and were not able to make it. We gave them adequate notice of our cancellation and they REFUSED to refund our money. Best Spa in Hilton Head – Casablanca Day Spa is a fabulous place! I went there for for a couple of different treatments - massage, reflexology, and cranial sacral treatment. Paula, my massage therapist, was the best! She catered to my needs and came up with a personalized massage treatment just for me:) The atmosphere of the room in combination with her wonderful touch helped me have one of the most relaxing treatments I've ever had! Owner is Rude and Unprofessional – With my wedding taking place in Hilton Head, I brought this company a lot of business over a two day period including a combination of manicures and pedicures for 8 women and wedding day hair for 3 women. One of the owners, Paula Biondo, was incredibly disrespectful to my family and friends and behaved in a very unprofessional manner.
