This event center should issue a partial refund. I was a speaker at an event held there October 9. The tech staff was incompetent. The guest wifi password did not connect to the internet the whole day. The lapel mic cut in and out like it had a bad wire. They had trouble finding the hand mics early in the morning. And in the middle of the day someone elsewhere in the building opened a mic and it piped in as if it was someone working in the kitchen holding a mic to the clattering pans, thoroughly distracting the speaker.
