had to ring bell twice for service, I got jerich mixed up with Hilton but even though my building was around the corner…. No excuse for poor service, everyone ignoring me after ringing bell waited like almost 10 minutes then ringed it again…. had to ring twice for someone to come.
Prioritizing local deliveries, left OTR behind. Not fairness at all. You have to respect appointments, losing our time cause delays or rejection to pick ups, and effective driving hours in our logbook.
