We had a terrible experience with this company. First they were incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone. (This should have been the only red flag we needed but we gave them the benefit of the doubt). Then they failed to followup with us as they said they'd do. We asked them for updates on whether they'd done our taxes for over a month, each time being asked first "who are you?", and then being told they were just about to do them.
