Worst experience this time around. We are shocked to have soo much issues this year. No returned phone calls, no email replies and no taxes completed, even after we paid for services. Now the phone line is disconnected. What a shame.

No response. Paid the $30 to cancel my check. Disgusted.
They have all my information and I cannot get a hold of them and no return telephone calls. What happened. Filed my taxes with them in early March and no update. They say they went virtual but website not working and nobody in the office to answer any type of telephone calls. I have never had a problem until now and I am super concerned and frustrated!!
