We rented from Rick at a discounted rate compared to the big name rental companies. We were picked up promptly from the airport and we were on our way in minutes. We drove an older but clean Civic Hybrid which was super efficient on gas. Our flight out was early and Rick had us just drop the keys and the car at the airport parking lot. We received our deposit refund within a day. I’d use the agency again on my next visit.
So easy to pick up the car after getting off the cruise ship. The car was very clean. We absolutely would rent from them again if we were in town.
We had a really great experience with this location. The staff were all super helpful and got us a car. We called the day of getting off for our port day in Hilo, and weren’t expecting to find any cars available. The staff there answered our phone call right away while we are on the boat still, and texted me back immediately after finding a way to get me a car.
