This adult family care is on Fremont Ave! Please be careful that you are critiquing the correct facility. The care my mom was given over the last 2 years of her life was EXCELLENT! Be careful when finding a home for your senior. My brother and I inadvertently went thru 2 poorly managed ones. Hillwood is the complete opposite. I'm a Certified Medical Assistant and know good care from mediocre, and that's why mom moved several times prior. Management tells you what you want to hear, then does what it wants. The services provided were misrepresented. The positive reviews were submitted by owner’s family member and an employee. That says a lot.
Beware. Incompetent management. Unsafe. Should lose their license. Deserves to lose their license. Check their online record at DSHS.
