Move here at your own risk. I’ll tell you my story. Day 1: moved in, no air conditioning in the house. Banister had fallen off the wall. Refrigerator didn’t work. In my 4 months here I have put in over 25 maintenance requests. For the small things, tricon will send a guy in quick to fix. But for my fridge, It took two weeks. Staying at Tricon American Homes for the past 2 years was such a great experience. They held an affordable price for renting there, the houses are beautiful, and the greenery is frequently cared for. The smart home aspect of the house is not necessary and did add another fee to the rent but if additional revisions or updates are made for it, there is potential.
