I lived here previously for 24 years. There is so much I could say but, be ready for a huge slap in the face if you try to sell it. At the time, there was a 40% transfer tax on the profits. That's alot of money. They get you coming and going at that place. Moving out was the best thing I could have ever done. Good luck!!!!
