While traveling in WV on Thursday, June 22nd,2006 we stopped at a Burger King in Fayetteville on Rt. 19 for a snack at 10:15 am. While there a Hilltop Transportation driver came into the establishment carrying a Large Luvs cup. He ordered and was told by the person behind the counter that he was not to fill up his Luvs cup. He proceeded to do just that without paying for it and walked out the door to the amazement of all who saw him. He was a black man, approx. 59"-510" and 275 pounds.
