This business is affiliated (despite whatever might be written here by the owner) with Titanium Renovations & Construction). They have owed me $ for the better part of 3 months, with constant promises to pay, followed by ghosting. If you are going to do business with Steve (the real owner) get payment up front, in full.
Customer service was excellent, very easy to work with, and they got done what I was envisioning. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to renovate their homes; they have quite the selection!
The guy name Steve he's fraud guy. I paid him every thing up front and he never paid his trademans. All the trademans stop showing up I called them they said they never recieved any money. So I had to pay them again. When I asked Steve about I. No reply and txt back. Now he own me money he never anser his phone and never reply txt back. This is the chque he gave me it got bounce. No reply to me.
I originally used Hilltop Tile and Stone on a bathroom Reno downstairs … they did such a professional job that I hired them to completely remodel our main upstairs bathroom as well . The upstairs Reno included a new jetted soaker tub for my wife’s anniversary gift . They were very transparent on all stages and did 90 % of the project while we went out camping for a week . I Highly recommend Steve and Sean if you want a professional job on budget I might add !
Very bad experience. I paid everything but now no one is picking up my phone calls and no reply to my text messages.
