Contacted this business Saturday to arrange a "NECK MASSAGE" ONLY!! 30 mins and would have been a regular customer to try deal with a neck injury and pain. Contacted "Olivia" as directed by the site and left a message, polite, friendly, appropriate and surprise, surprise, as expected now with all these businesses and people nowadays. JUST IGNORED! So, will go somewhere else with my money as per usual, as I will never accept this behaviour from anyone or any business. DISGRACEFUL
