I transfer money to myself through Zelle regularly & this is the 2nd time I have gotten a confirmation that the money was received, but it does not reflect on my balance. I have a business and not having any support until they open during business hours is more than frustrating! The 1-800 number provided is no longer in service. This is not ok!
