Trisha I believe was her name has the worst customer service ever. Rude condescending and should not be one of the faces of this bank. Not only was she rude but she chose the worst day to be rude. A day in which our family knows we will be saying good bye to our mother very soon. Needed a notary, walked in and got quick and friendly service! Hilltop is a great bank. I've been with them for nearly 20 years! They're great!
Absolutely awful, my mother wanted help to use Zelle never used it before all she had to do was login to her bank account online, link phone number choose account to send money. She received no help and is wire transferring, paying $25 to send small amount of money and they can’t get it done till the next day. She’s been with this bank forever, I’m very displeased with hilltop.
Pathetic customer service. Told that the exchange closes at 4pm. I get there at 3:40. Wait in line. Get to the teller to ask to exchange currency, she says let me ask the vault manager. Walks back “sorry it closes at 3:45” it’s now 3:46. One minute? I took time off of work to arrive at the time I was told. Drove 1.5 hours to make it there. And they deny my currency exchange by ONE MINUTE. What happened to the customer service here?
