Pathetic customer service. Told that the exchange closes at 4pm. I get there at 3:40. Wait in line. Get to the teller to ask to exchange currency, she says let me ask the vault manager. Walks back “sorry it closes at 3:45” it’s now 3:46. One minute? I took time off of work to arrive at the time I was told. Drove 1.5 hours to make it there. And they deny my currency exchange by ONE MINUTE. What happened to the customer service here?

Chad Steinert in mortgage lending was great to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. He was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend :-)
I had called in for a 10 day pay off, and during that phone call the worker I believe was named Joy was very rude to me when I asked questions about the process, I will be taking my banking needs somewhere else.
