My experience with Margaret has been totally life changing I have had mental health issues most of my life and I am 62 now. I have been in mental health hospitals seen psychologists and had same psychiatrist for over 30 years and still I find myself struggling After spending time with Margaret and using her methods I have been so much better.

A friend referred me to see Margaret. She really helped him with Anxiety and trauma. I have seen a Clinical Psychologist for years. Which wasn't having the results on my mental health i needed. 2 sessions with Margaret and 1st session addressed my anxiety issues and 2nd session addressed issues with alcohol and self belief and self esteem. Very glad i saw her. Night and day difference with how i feel and my life has improved. Highly recommend!
