I lived at Hilltop house from 4/16/2012 - 4/30/2013. I signed a 12 month lease for a certain amount of rent in 4/2012 and 2 weeks after moving in I was told by the administrator who had signed the lease that I would have to pay $47 more per mo. in rent starting in the 2nd month of the lease not at the end of the 12 month term of the lease. I had to contact the inspector general for HUD to get the administrator and her staff to adhere to the lease.
