I’ve had a great experience with the management here. The manager is always quick to respond whenever there is a question or concern, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the residents. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, with the grounds kept clear of trash and debris. It’s nice to have a manager who is responsive, attentive, and takes pride in the community. Highly recommend!
I decided to move back to Redding and Bobbie Jean, sales manager of Hilltop Estates met with me and highlighted the facilities many amenities showed me the apartment that I ultimately selected and more than answered all of my questions. The overall warmth of the community, cleanliness, decor, and pricing lead me the decision to move home to Hilltop Estates.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help. Senior Executive Director Robert Long is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. His warmth and genuine care set the tone for the whole community. Director of Sales Bobbie Jean Valdez was fantastic as well — she took the time to walk me through what to expect when transitioning from living in a single-family home to a senior community, and her guidance made the whole process feel much less daunting.... read more
My 95 yo dad just checked in 4 days ago. So far it has been outstanding, management is always open for questions, maintenance helped make a few accommodations for my dad.. Very clean and spacious, friendly staff… shout out to Cordell, Brian , Robert and Tabitha.
The best part about our experiences has been the staff! Don't get me wrong...the remodeling of the building has really made a difference! Especially in the common areas. It is much improved. So nice! However, for us it has been the staff. They have been wonderful...the front office staff, everyone who works in the kitchen and dining room, the events coordinator, housekeeping, pink ladies, the maintenance man and the hair salon. The people who work there are who make it home.
